CalHFA provides potential homebuyers financing options and eligibility requirements to use CalHFA’s FHA and Conventional first mortgage loans. CalHFA’s “School Teacher and Employee Assistance Program” (School Program) for teachers, administrators, school district employees and staff members working for any qualifying school and who are first-time homebuyers may qualify for School Program junior loans.
