At the time of the release of a NOFA, funding amounts will not have been published. All funding is projected, and awards may be modified to reflect actual awards made by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The goals and projects for the County's prior year HUD funding allocations were approved by the Board of Supervisors. Budgets for the projects were made official once HUD announced the final appropriation amount for the County.

Electronic Procurement System (ePro)
The electronic procurement system called ePro is a locally hosted, enterprise system that manages vendors, product and service solicitations, and resulting purchase orders across all County departments. Some of the features of the system include vendor registration, electronic notification, on-line solicitations, paperless bidding and tabulation, reverse auctioning, punch-out catalog capabilities, customizable workflow approval paths, and robust business intelligence.
